Key Admission Guidelines
Eligibility & Age Criteria
- Age as on 1st April of the academic year:
- Nursery: 3+ years | LKG: 4+ years | UKG: 5+ years | Class I: 6+ years
- Students must meet minimum age requirements as per government guidelines.
- No direct admission to Class X or XII (transfer cases evaluated individually).
Selection Process
- Admission based on interaction, entrance test (Class I onwards), and seat availability.
- Merit and first-come-first-served policy applied.
- 25% seats reserved for EWS/RTE category as per government norms.
- No donation or capitation fee – strictly prohibited.
Reservation Policy
- Compliance with Right to Education (RTE) Act: 25% seats for economically weaker sections.
- Priority for siblings of existing students.
- Special consideration for children of staff (limited seats).
- Inclusive approach for differently-abled students (subject to facilities).
Important Notes
- Submission of false documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
- Admission confirmation only after full fee payment and verification.
- School management reserves the right to final decision on admissions.
- Admissions open throughout the year subject to vacancy.
Withdrawal & Refund
- Withdrawal request must be submitted in writing one month in advance.
- Caution money refundable after clearance (within 3 months).
- Fee once paid is non-refundable except caution deposit.
- TC issued only after clearing all dues.
