Admissions at JEF Public School are open throughout the year subject to availability. We welcome students who are eager to learn and grow in a nurturing environment.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

Inquiry & Registration

Visit the school or contact us for an inquiry. Fill the registration form (available online/offline) with a nominal registration fee.

Interaction / Entrance Test

Student and parents interact with the Principal. An entrance test (basic syllabus of previous class) is conducted for Classes I upwards.

Document Submission

Submit required documents and pay admission fee upon selection confirmation.

Welcome Onboard!

Receive uniform details, book list, and orientation schedule. Your child is now part of JEF family!

Age Criteria (As on 1st April)

Nursery: 3+ years | LKG: 4+ years | UKG: 5+ years | Class I: 6+ years

Required Documents

  • Completed Admission Form
  • Birth Certificate (original + photocopy)
  • Transfer Certificate (from previous school, for Class I onwards)
  • Aadhaar Card copy of child and parents
  • Previous year's report card (for Class II onwards)
  • 4 passport-size photographs of the child
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
